1. What is TerraPouch?

TerraPouch offers thoughtfully curated goody bags and party favors — packed with quality toys and surprises, not sugar or cheap plastic trinkets. We make party organizing easier, more sustainable, and a lot more fun for both kids and parents.

2. What’s inside a TerraPouch?

Each TerraPouch includes a selection of high-quality, age-appropriate toys, mini games, or creative items — carefully chosen to spark joy without waste. We never include candy or small disposable plastic items.

3. Are the toys safe for kids?

Yes! All items in TerraPouch bags meet U.S. safety standards and are non-toxic and CPSIA compliant. We source only from trusted suppliers who share our quality and safety values.

4. Are TerraPouch bags eco-friendly?

Absolutely. We focus on including durable, long-lasting toys rather than throwaway items. Our party favors are packed in cardboard boxes, and 12 boxes are packed in a reusable canvas bag.  We aim to make every party more joyful and less wasteful.

5. Can I customize what’s inside?

For now, our pre-filled options are curated by theme and age group — but we’re working on a customizable option soon! If you have special requests (e.g., school-friendly or allergy-conscious items), reach out to our team at customer@terrapouch.us

6. How many TerraPouches do I need for my party?

We recommend one TerraPouch per guest. Each bag is individually packaged and ready to hand out, saving you time and effort on party prep.

7. Do you offer bulk or group discounts?

Yes, we do! For orders of 15 kits (12 goodie bags per kit) or more, contact us at custormer@terrapouch.us for custom pricing and shipping options.

8. How fast will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard U.S. delivery (3–5 business days). You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

9. Can I return or exchange a TerraPouch?

We want you to love your purchase! If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us at customer@terrapouch.us.

We offer 30-day returns for unopened or unused item, shipping fee applies.

Free 60-day returns for damaged or wrong item.

Full refund to original payment method after receiving returned products.
